Far North Tourism Operators»

Our indigenous Maori traditions refer to the Far North as “Te Hiku o te Ika” or “the tail of the fish”. The fish being the North Island of New Zealand, which was pulled up from the ocean by Maui, our great ancestor.

The Far North contains the ancestral lands of our Maori.

Our whanau and families join together to say nau mai, haere mai, dobro dosli, welcome to our special place.

Join with our whanau and families to enjoy our rich cultural heritage, our beautiful beaches, our rugged coastline, our forests, our wildlife, our way of life. They are here to support your enjoyment of our place by providing you with accommodation, land and water activities, attractions to visit, shopping and pure hospitality.
